Dangerous driving statistics

The following statistics have been obtained from the Judicial Commission of New South Wales and represent penalties imposed on all offenders. At your first conference we will provide you with statistics that are unique to you including your age, the number of offences, whether you pled guilty or not guilty and your prior record if any.

These statistics are only to be used as a guide.
